I was gonna use it as a night time bite guard. There is just too much material there however.

I am a 20 year old average sized male and This mouth guard was a little bit narrow for my mouth. i really had to bend the sides out after heating it up to fit it around my back teeth. The gel in the mouth guard is very effective and forms well to the teeth.
