The gel is very comfortable and easy to fit, but the shell is too big. I've been using cheap mouth guards for over 12 years playing hockey and they are much better.

I looked at the reviews and i read the problems people were having with this product. So instead of just following the instructions i modified them. I increased the boiling time to about 40 seconds, I cooled it for 5 seconds or less and bit into the mouthpiece for about a minute. it fit perfectly and i love it.

My daughter uses this for protection in martial arts and she says it is more comfortable than the cheaper $2 mouthpieces. Seems to be made of quality stuff and would buy again.

I receive the protector in less time that it should and I was surprised with the quality that it has.
Now I am playing rugby and it gives an excellent protection. Fits perfect on my teeth and I think I won't have troubles for a long time.

I have heated and fitted heated and fitted six times...and still can not get a good fit. It does not want to stay in place...and not very comfortable.
